SHIPPING
We ship via Finnish Postal Green Service and DHL GoGreen Express which provide secure and easy trackable methods of shipping. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been confirmed, excluding holidays and weekends. When ordering from outside Finland, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
NOTE that the import charges will be on your responsibility. Such import charges may include, but not limit to: import duties, customs and local sales. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs service for further information.
DELIVERY
Delivery time and price may vary depending on the location and the products delivered. We use Finnish Postal Service for deliveries and are unable to affect the delivery times of our service providers.
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer in the order. Estimated delivery times and charges are indicated here below. As a customer you are able to choose our service provider and the delivery method according to your needs when proceeding with your order and payment in the check-out.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.teropuha.com, you are welcome to return the products to us. You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t exchange or offer you a refund. Only items that are unused and in the same condition when you received them are eligible for a refund or exchange. Signed books cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN
Pack your product to the same packaging when you received your item. Post it to our return address: Tero Puha Visual Arts, Lehdontie 9, 05200 Rajamäki, Finland.
REFUND
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and checked, we will refund your order. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 2-5 working days. We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at www.teropuha.com.
Please allow 2-5 working days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
We reserve the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal use.
EXCHANGES
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Specify the exchange item and the item and mail us at sales@teropuha.com. Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item.
