Tero Puha´s fresh punky look at the world of sexuality and his firm grip on innovative processes in photography and graphic art have given him a prominent position among young artists in Helsinki. Puha is represented in many of Finland´s leading museums.

In his photographic art Tero Puha uses the human body as an universal metaphor for the paradoxical life experiences people face in modern society. Using both analogue and digital cameras Puha studies the body and its changes and responses to life on earth, whether natural, accidental or self-inflicted. Tero Puha was awarded with the Finnish State Prize in Photographic Arts in 2014.
